Job Description:
• Pupillage and guidance under Partner.
• Opportunity to be exposed to other areas of law such as Real Estate, Conveyancing and Litigation.Personal Driver for Managing Partner
• Personal driver to Firm’s Partner for work, appointment and personal trip
• Sending and picking up Partner’s child to and fro school
• Drive safely
• Alert on climate and traffic condition to ensure smooth journey
• Keep vehicle clean and tidy, report to HR if there is any issue on vehicle
• Able to travel outstation as and when required
• Able to work on weekend when required
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Partner from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Recognized academic and professional qualifications for legal practice in Malaysia.
• Written and spoken proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

• Office located at Mid Valley KL, travelling within Klang Valley
• 5 work days (Mon-Fri)
• 6.30am to 3.30pm
• Able to work for Overtime, with OT Pay
• Able to travel outstation but not often
• Healthy and non-smoker
• Minimum SPM
• At least 1 year experiences as Personal Driver
• Malaysian only with valid D- Class driving license
• No Criminal Record and Traffic Offences Record
• Punctual, honest, careful person, good work attitude and drive safely
• Basic from RM2,800 + OT

PERSONAL DRIVER (IMMEDIATE HIRING)
Responsibilities:
Safely drive the Management staff to and from various destinations, including meetings, events, and other appointments.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures
Perform routine vehicle maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring the Management staff travels in a comfortable and well-maintained vehicle.
Handle additional responsibilities as needed, such as running errands or assisting with miscellaneous tasks.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Experience: Proven experience as a personal driver with a strong understanding of traffic rules and regulations.
Professionalism: Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Punctuality: Demonstrated ability to maintain a punctual schedule and adhere to strict timelines.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with the Management staff.
Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate unexpected challenges and adapt to changes in schedules or routes.
Familiarity with Technology: Comfortable using GPS and other navigation tools for efficient route planning.
Physical Fitness: Capable of performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks and assisting with any required physical tasks.
Knowledge of Local Areas: Familiarity with local traffic patterns, routes, and destinations.
Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours and accommodate the Management staff’s changing schedule.

• Safely drive the employer and the employer’s family to and from assigned locations
• Ensure safety and comply with all road and traffic rules while on duty
• Punctuality in attendance and strictly maintaining the timing schedule
• Consider different routes and check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time and route to travel
• Be on standby for ad-hoc or emergency arrangements
• Carry out routine inspections on the car to ensure it is always in good condition and remind the office admin about road tax and car insurance renewals
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition
• Be available for varying work hours, including weekends and evenings, based on the employer’s schedule
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion about the employer’s personal and professional matters
Requirements:
• Must be below 45 years old.
• Valid Class D driving license with clean driving record and good driving skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in driving MPVs (e.g Alphard or Vellfire)
• Minimum 3 years working experience as a Company / Personal Driver.
• Familiar with Malaysia roads with inter-state and cross border driving experience.
• Able to travel to outstations as and when required.
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday, overtime as and when required
• Can understand and conversate in English. Basic understanding of Mandarin is preferred.
• Familiar in using related navigation applications eg. Waze, google map.
• Have basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Strong focus on safety and defensive driving skills.
• Strictly no smoking and drinking at work.
• Good physical health, as driving can be physically demanding at times.
• Healthy and pass medical check-up (upon acceptance)
